This is a shot of my daughter blowing dandelions. I absolutely love the fact that you can see the little "fairies" as my daughter calls it flying away from the dandelion as she blows it....

Constructive Feedback Friday

I was so excited to see that I Heart Faces was offering a Constructive Feedback Friday because I am starting to get really frustrated with myself and some of my pics I have recently shot. I feel some just don't come out as good as other people's photos I have seen and I am just so envious of their great shots.Here is my entry for criticism. Week 12 - I Heart Faces Contest - Kids Pouting Category

For the kids category this week for I Heart Faces (click here to enter yourself) the theme is Pouting. My kids do this alot but I would rather not document the 1,000,000 times a week they do it. lol. But I did catch a shot of Nicholas a couple of weeks ago. He wasn't really pouting but the look on his face and his Angelina Jolie lips say otherwise. lol.... :-)

I am entering again this week into the I Heart Faces contest. I Heart Faces - Week 11 - "No Flash" - Adults

The picture below is of my best friend & my husband of 7 years. He is an absolutely amazing man and I have no idea where I would be without him in my life. I love you honey..... <3

I Heart Faces - Week 11 - "No Flash" - Kids

Again this week I have decided to enter I Heart Faces' weekly contest. My friend Shelby from Shelby Leigh Photography taught me how to use my camera and when she was doing so she told me not to use the flash...look for natural light. So in turn I haven't taken a picture with a flash since that point of photographer wisdom. This made this week's I Heart Face (Click Here To Visit Their Page) contest easy because all of my shots are "No Flash."
Here is my entry for the kids category. It was from last week when I was playing hide and seek with my son Nicholas. I was hiding under the dining room table (with my camera..lol) when he found me and made a great shot when the sun shining through the skylights in my kitchen hit the cream seat of my dining room chair. I just wish he had a smile on his face. :)
